Attendees must make their own hotel reservations by calling the TradeWinds Resort at (800) 808-9833 and identifying themselves as attending the FPA Conferences. The TradeWinds has agreed to a special standard room rate of $169.00. Upgrades are available based on availability: Tropical Hotel Room- $184.00, Gulf Front Parlors- $199.00. To guarantee these rates, the hotel must receive your reservation no later than January 8, 2010.

  Cancellation Policy. To obtain a full refund of your conference registration fees, you must notify FPA in writing by February 2, 2010. After that date, refunds will be granted only for health or family reasons, or in the event of a personal emergency. Refunds will not be made for business conflicts. FPA does not allow partial registrations or refunds.
