Finding Your Niche

The Flexible Packaging Association offers a multitude of services for its members and the flexible packaging industry. This variety is a valuable asset for anyone who participates in and interacts with the association. Keeping up with the different programs, products and information available through FPA can be a daunting task.

There are several ways to access the wealth of information the association provides. These “access points” include the FPA Web site, the FPA Industry E-News Bulletin and the FPA staff. Each point of access represents a direct gateway to the information you need, when you need it.

www.flexpack.org
This content-rich Web site is a premiere source of information on the FPA and the U.S. flexible packaging industry. The FPA Members Only section of the site includes all the FPA publications including The FPA State of the Industry Report and FPA market research reports. This section also contains presentations from all the FPA conferences and Annual Meetings.

For the general public, www.flexpack.org provides a panoramic snapshot of all the services and products FPA offers. Visitors are able to learn about FPA task groups and committees, regulatory and legislative activities, industry statistics, and register for FPA meetings and conferences.

Annually, there are more than 500,000 visits to this user-friendly site to view the latest flexible packaging innovations, obtain flexible packaging facts and figures, and explore Web links to FPA member companies, related associations and groups.

FPA’s Industry E-News Bulletin
FPA’s Industry E-News Bulletin supplies timely information on newsworthy events occurring within the flexible packaging industry. It is a direct link to press releases issued from flexible packaging companies, online registration materials for upcoming FPA events, recently published FPA publications and industry-related memorandums from FPA legal counsel Hogan & Hartson.

On a weekly basis, FPA delivers the Bulletin to the inboxes of FPA members, keeping them abreast of news impacting the flexible packaging industry. The Bulletin covers the latest facility openings and closings, M&A activity, industry economic news, and senior level promotions and appointments.

FPA Staff
A small – but mighty – association staff is here to answer any questions you may have about the products and services of the FPA. The supportive help of the knowledgeable staff can help you register for FPA educational and networking events; answer questions you may have about entering packages into the FPA Flexible Packaging Achievement Awards competition; discuss with you various economic factors impacting the flexible packaging industry and detail the proactive steps the association has made to protect the industry from adverse government regulations.
