Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) Bi-Monthly meeting to provide updates from FPA, the ELC, the Education & Recruitment Committee, and the Advocacy Committee. During this meeting the ELC will:
Focus entirely on facility site visits. One of our primary goals is to connect elected officials with our industry by having them tour your local facilities.
You will learn:
- Organizing a successful manufacturing facility tour for federal or state policymakers.
- Understanding the strategic value of relationship-building and why hosting these visits is vital for our industry.
- Navigating logistics, ethics compliance, safety protocols, and addressing any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
