FPA Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) Annual Meeting

The Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) Annual Meeting serves as the Council's primary planning and leadership session during the Flexible Packaging Association Annual Meeting. This gathering provides an opportunity to welcome new ELC members, recognize and introduce incoming leadership, and align on priorities for the year ahead.

During the meeting, ELC members will collaborate to establish annual goals, identify key programming and engagement opportunities, and develop action plans to support the Council's mission. Breakout working sessions for Advocacy & Education and Recruitment committees allow members to engage directly with peers, refine project objectives, and determine strategies for successful execution throughout the year.

In addition to strategic planning and committee collaboration, the agenda may include presentations from guest speakers, with programming details to be finalized closer to the event. The meeting is designed to foster networking, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration among emerging leaders from across the flexible packaging industry.
