Tammie Jo Shults is an acclaimed airline captain and former United States Navy aviator. Her early interest in flying led to Tammie Jo to become one of the first female F/A-18 Hornet pilots in the Navy, after overcoming several obstacles due to her gender.

Curt Begle, President, Engineered Materials Division, Berry Global
Curt Begle was named President of Berry’s Engineered Materials Division effective November 2014. Mr. Begle previously served as President of Berry’s Rigid Closed Top Division since December 2009. Mr. Begle has spent his entire 16 year career with Berry, during which he has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. He holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Evansville and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern Indiana.

Jan Homan, FPE Honorary Chairman and Senior Advisor of Constantia Flexibles
Jan Homan is currently Flexible Packaging Europe’s Honorary Chairman and Senior Advisor of Constantia Flexibles. Mr. Homan previously served as CEO of Constantia Flexible Group and as CEO of Constantia Teich Group. Prior to joining Constantia Teich, Mr. Homan was General Manager at Hartmann Druckfarben GmbH (Sun Chemical) and also served as Finance Manager of Sandvik Austria. Mr. Homan holds a degree in Economics from the Commercial University in Vienna.

Nick Vafiadis, Global Business Director, Polyolefins and Plastics, IHS Chemical
Nick is a 25 year veteran of the chemical industry who joined CMAI (now IHS) in April of 2002. In his first assignment with the company, Nick was responsible for consulting duties associated with the Chlor-Alkali and Vinyls product chain. In this role, he contributed to the Monomers Market Report, the Chlor-Alkali Market Report, and the Global Plastics and Polymers Market Report.
