Amcor Named UK Packaging Company of the Year

Amcor was named UK Packaging Company of the Year at the UK Packaging Awards 2026. Additionally, Mike Baxter, UK director of government affairs and recycling for Amcor, was celebrated for his Outstanding Contribution to the Packaging Industry. These awards recognize Amcor’s strong performance over the past year, continued investment in innovation, sustainability leadership and the scale of its support for customers across the packaging value chain.  The judges noted Amcor’s strategic transformation following the combination with Berry Global, which brought together two highly complementary businesses to create one of the industry’s most comprehensive multi-format portfolios of primary packaging solutions.
