Borouge International Appoints Roland Janssen as Chief Commercial Officer

Borouge International announced the appointment of Roland Janssen as Chief Commercial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Janssen will be based at Borouge International’s headquarters in Vienna. He succeeds Stefan Doboczky, who has decided to leave the company to pursue a new opportunity. Janssen brings more than 25 years of global commercial and industry experience and is an accomplished executive within Borouge International, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing. Before stepping into this new role, he held senior leadership positions at both Borealis and Borouge, establishing a strong track record of strengthening customer partnerships, driving commercial growth and expanding both companies’ global market presence.
