Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG) Acquires Nebraska-Based Omaha Paper Company

Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG) announced that its Lindenmeyr Munroe division will acquire the business of Nebraska-based Omaha Paper Company, expanding its presence in the Midwest. Family-owned and operated for more than 60 years, Omaha Paper recently rebranded as OPC Direct, specializing in the distribution of paper, packaging materials and equipment, wide format and JanSan products. "As we continue to expand our North American distribution network, adding Omaha Paper's people, customers, and operations is an exciting opportunity for us," said Lindenmeyr Munroe President Peter Harding. "This acquisition reflects our continued commitment to offer valuable distribution support to the core markets we serve, and to invest in and grow our business."
