Decowraps Acquires Broekhof USA, Expanding Its Presence in the Americas

Decowraps has completed the acquisition of Broekhof USA, effective July 1st, a subsidiary of Paardekooper and a well-established supplier of flower packaging in the North American market. The acquisition marks the next step in a broader expansion. In October 2025, Decowraps Europe BV reached an agreement with the trustee of Paardekooper Horti for the acquisition of selected assets and inventory in the Netherlands, including manufacturing equipment that facilitates production in Kosovo, strengthening the company’s supply chain for products requiring deliveries in Europe and enabling faster lead times and greater flexibility. Decowraps has since acquired Paardekooper’s subsidiaries in the Americas: Broekhof Colombia, whose team has joined the Decowraps family and which adds a new strategic distribution center in Rionegro, Colombia, and now Broekhof USA.
