Keeping ELC Alums Involved

As the Flexible Packaging Association’s (FPA) Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) enters its seventh year, the program celebrates a growing network of more than 70 alums. These graduates have taken on leadership roles across member companies and continue to make meaningful contributions to the industry. This year, the ELC is expanding its efforts to keep this talented community connected and engaged. The goal is simple: ensuring that alums have opportunities to contribute to FPA initiatives and are available as valuable resources for the next generation of ELC participants. ELC Co‑Chair James Rosenberger, product manager of sustainable solutions at Charter Next Generation (CNG), has championed increased alum involvement, recognizing that many graduates ask how they can remain involved after their terms conclude.
