Lappí Expands in Flexible Packaging

Lappí Labels and Flexible Packaging has acquired Alempack, a Portuguese company based in Elvas and specialized in flexible packaging. The acquisition enables Lappí to strengthen its offering with industrial capabilities in doypack and flowpack, two key formats in the evolution of flexible packaging for fast-moving consumer goods. Additionally, the transaction expands the Lappí’s Iberian industrial platform and represents growth of approximately 15 percent. With this addition, Alempack becomes part of Lappí while retaining its current management team, supporting the company's operational continuity and preserving its technical, commercial and industrial know-how.
