Outlook Group Acquires ABX Pewaukee Facility, Expands Capabilities

Outlook Group, a Neenah, WI, USA-based provider of printed packaging and labels, has completed the acquisition and integration of the Pewaukee, WI, manufacturing facility of ABX – Innovative Packaging Solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Outlook Group’s capabilities in specialty label production, flexible packaging and conductive film printing, including in-house ink formulation for medical and electronic applications. The Pewaukee operation joins Outlook Group’s two existing manufacturing facilities in Neenah, bringing the company’s Wisconsin footprint to three locations. Its expanded portfolio includes pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons, conductive films and integrated contract packaging services.
