Wasdell Group Expands Flexible Packaging Offer with Polypouch Acquisition

The Wasdell Group has completed the acquisition of Polypouch, a flexible packaging specialist based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Polypouch supply custom and stock pouches including stand-up pouches, foil, kraft and spout pouches, flat-bottom bags, resealable and clear pouches, and sachets, including recyclable, compostable and biodegradable materials. The range of pouches is supported by custom printing and an in-house design team. The acquisition extends Wasdell’s capabilities into flexible packaging, alongside its core pharmaceutical, medical device and nutraceutical manufacturing, packaging and third-party logistics.
