EDGE Industrial Technologies Acquires Harvest Blade

EDGE Industrial Technologies has acquired Harvest Blade and Supply Inc., a Salinas, California-based provider of industrial blade sharpening, replacement blades, and scheduled blade services. The acquisition expands EDGE’s blade-resharpening operations and adds a West Coast location to its existing resharpening capabilities in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Harvest Blade serves customers in food processing, packaging, printing, and converting. EDGE manufactures, resharpens, and distributes machine knives, punches, and line components for industries including flexible packaging, plastic converting, blown film, medical manufacturing, and food processing. The company operates through brands including TGW, Pearl Technologies Inc., Leverwood Knife Works, and Carbonomics, with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
