Klöckner Pentaplast Appoints Michael Zacka as Chief Executive Officer

Klöckner Pentaplast announced the appointment of Michael Zacka as Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect. This appointment follows his tenure as Interim CEO since June 2026. This follows a comprehensive selection process conducted by the Board of Directors and reflects the confidence the Board has in Mr Zacka’s leadership and vision to deliver on kp’s strategy, and lead the company through its next phase. Michael Zacka is a highly experienced global executive with more than three decades of leadership across the consumer goods, packaging and industrial sectors. He brings a strong track record of driving value creation through commercial and operational excellence, innovation, productivity and talent development. Since assuming the role of Interim CEO at kp, Michael Zacka has driven focus and progress in advancing the Company’s key strategic priorities, strengthening operational performance and customer relationships, and positioning the business for continued growth.
