Rotor Print by SPG Acquires a 51% Stake in LIVCER Impression Flexographique
Rotor Print by SPG, the pharmaceutical packaging division of SP GROUP (SPG), a leading European flexible packaging group, has acquired a 51% stake in LIVCER I.F., a French company specialising in printing and packaging solutions. As a result of the acquisition, LIVCER I.F. becomes a new subsidiary of SPG, operating under the management of Rotor Print by SPG. This move represents another step forward in the company's growth and international expansion strategy, with a particular focus on the French pharmaceutical market. The acquisition adds 10 million m² of annual production capacity to Rotor Print by SPG's existing 90 million m², bringing the combined annual production capacity of both companies to approximately 100 million m². LIVCER I.F. employs 20 professionals, recorded a turnover of approximately €6 million in 2025 and operates three flexographic printing lines. The acquisition will enable Rotor Print by SPG to develop new opportunities for collaboration and strengthen its ability to meet the needs of customers operating in highly demanding and regulated sectors, particularly the pharmaceutical industry. It will also support the company's continued growth in the French market while reinforcing its international presence.
