New Tech Plastics Taps Jane Dirr as VP of Business Development

New Tech Plastics Flexibles, the pouch converting arm of New Tech Plastics, announced that Jane Dirr has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Dirr brings more than 30 years of experience across the flexible packaging value chain, including film extrusion, printing, lamination, pouch conversion, and finished packaging solutions. In her new role, Dirr will draw on that experience to help customers and partners turn packaging needs into practical, manufacturable solutions. Her background spans sales, marketing, technical operations, and entrepreneurial leadership, and she has built long-standing relationships across food and beverage, pet food and products, personal care, household products, and other consumer markets.
