NextGen Label Group Announces CTO Succession Plan

NextGen Label Group has announced a planned leadership transition within its technical department, with chief technical cfficer Paul Roux set to retire at the end of 2026 and Anton Ali appointed as his successor. Roux joined Syracuse Label as VP of development over 20 years ago. Following the 2022 merger of Syracuse Label with W.N. Van Alstine & Sons (Macaran and Van Alstine divisions), he was appointed chief technical officer of NextGen Label Group. Throughout his tenure, Roux has guided technical advancements and customer growth initiatives across the organization. In his role as CTO, Roux’s leadership, deep technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to innovation have been instrumental in shaping the company’s technical vision and strengthening its position as an industry leader.
